Christopher Weimann reúne todas las características que, en mi opinión, deben adornar al marmoleador actual. Llegó a dominar la técnica y a ser un creador de nuevos modelos; no descuidó el estudio de la historia del marmoleado, realizando un análisis sobre una colección de miniaturas marmoleadas que le permitió redescubrir antiguos métodos Indios de pintura; contribuyó a la divulgación del marmoleado escribiendo dos libros e impartiendo numerosas conferencias. La magnitud de su obra merece el respeto de todos. Es un ejemplo a seguir.
Christopher Weimann had all the characteristics that, in my opinion, must have the current marbler. He went so far to dominate the technique and to be a creator of new models; he did not neglect the study of the marbling history, realizing an analysis of a marbled miniatures collection that allowed him to re-discover ancient Indian painting methods; he contributed to spread marbling writing two books and giving numerous conferences. The magnitude of his work merit the respect of all. He is an example to follow.
