Nació en Denizli, Turquía. Habiendo completado su educación secundaria en Izmir, se graduó como profesora de inglés en el Departamento de Idioma extranjero de la universidad. Comenzó sus estudios de marmoleado en 2005. Ha trabajado con Sr. Serkan Ilden, profesor de la facultad del Instituto de Bellas Artes, en el Departamento de Artes turcas Tradicionales. Aysen Bilgi es miembro de un grupo de marmoleado, Ebrizmir, que fue fundado por 5 artistas en Izmir, Turquía. Basado en la premisa de que las artes turcas tradicionales están interconectadas unas con otras, sigue sus estudios en esta dirección, en un esfuerzo de combinar el "Ebrû" con otras artes. Ha participado en muchas exposiciones locales en Turquía. Además, en la Exposición de Encuadernación de del Arte, Libro de Artista y Papel Decorado en 2009, para conmemorar el 25 Aniversario de la ASOCIACIÓN DE ENCUADERNADORES DE QUEBEC, en la Chapelle Historique du Bon Pasteur en Montreal (exposiciones de grupo internacionales) en Canadá. Sus trabajos de marmoleado fueron elegidos para la exposición en la 11 bienal internacional del arte en Miniatura en Serbia. Tiene como objetivo promover y enseñar el arte del Ebrû de la mejor manera que le sea posible.

She was born in Denizli, Turkey. Having completed her secondary education in Izmir, she graduated from Foreign Language Department of University as an English teacher. She started her studies on marbling art in 2005. She has worked with Mr. Serkan Ilden, who is a faculty member of Fine Art Institute, Department of Traditional Turkish Arts. She is member of a marbling group, Ebrizmir, which was founded by 5 marbling artists in Izmir, Turkey. Based on her assumption that traditional Turkish art are interconnected with one another, she is continuing her studies in this direction, in an effort to combine "Ebrû" with other arts. She has participated in a lot of domestic exhibitions in Turkey. Furthermore, she has participated in the Exhibition Bookbinding of Art, Artist Book and Decorated Paper 2009, to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the BOOKBINDERS ASSOCIATION OF QUEBEC, in the Chapelle Historique du Bon Pasteur in Montreal (international group exhibitions) in Canada. Her marbling work was chosen for exhibition at 11st international biennial of Miniature art in Sırbia. She took as a goal to promote and teach the Ebrû art in the best way she can.
