Hikmet Barutcugil ha creado un nuevo modelo de Ebrû al que ha puesto su propio nombre, Barut Ebrû. Con este modelo, tanto aisladamente, número 285, como añadiendo unos toque de pintura, convirtiéndose entonces en una técnica mixta, número 286, los paisajes aparecen deslumbrantes. Una facilidad para realizar este tipo de pintura marmoleada que comparte aquí con otros artistas como Nedim Sonmez, Olga Kaurova, Berta Santos, Montse Buxó o Lucie Lapierre.

Hikmet Barutcugil has created a new Ebrû pattern and he has put it his own name Barut Ebrû. With this pattern, by itself, as isolated as in number 285, or with the addition of some touch of painting, being then a mixed technique, as number 286, landcapes turn out dazzling. A facility to obtain that kind of marbling shared here with some other artists as Nedim Sonmez, Olga Kaurova, Berta Santos, Montse Buxó or Lucie Lapierre.

A veces el agua y los colores se hacen imágenes proféticas. El artista debe estar atento y ser observador, a menudo después de haber marmoleado un modelo tradicional sobre papel quedan colores sobre la superficie de la gelatina en la cuba y hay que captar sobre papel la imagen que flota sobre la gelatina.
